The 300 Series: 302/303/304/A2 Stainless Steel Hex Bolts
300 series stainless is also known as 18-8 stainless steel because it typically consists of 18% chromium and 8% nickel. 300 series stainless steel has excellent corrosion resistance and is generally non-magnetic. It is an excellent material to use for general outdoor purposes. It can withstand standard environmental conditions without corroding. It is a far superior material to use compared to steel products when it is exposed to the elements. The 300 series stainless properties are below.

We carry 300 series stainless steel hex head bolts in both a hex cap screw and a hex tap bolt (full thread). We start at ¼-20 thread and can do special large diameters up to 3”. We carry both fine and course thread 300 series stainless steel hex bolts. We also carry A2 stainless steel which is the equivalent of 18-8 stainless steel in metric hex bolts. We offer 18-8 bolts in both import and domestic sizes. KD Fasteners, Inc.® also has the capabilities to make 18-8 bolts special per print or custom.
