Eye bolts are fasteners that have a round loop on top and can have either machine screw or lag thread on the shaft. As an eye bolt manufacturer, we supply both bent eye bolts, where the eye is pressed to the shaft, and forged eye bolts, where the eye is completely closed. Our forged eye bolts come with both shoulder and non-shoulder options.
Bent Eye Bolts
Our bent eye bolts come in steel zinc and 18-8 (300 series stainless steel), with both machine and lag thread in both materials. We also have the capability to supply special made bent eye bolts per your print. For specials, we can supply them in a wide range of materials, including grade 2, 5 and 8, stainless steel (18-8 and 316), aluminum, brass and silicon bronze.
Forged Eye Bolts
Forged eye bolts are used when there is a larger working load than for a bent eye bolt. Our standard forged eye bolts start at 1/4" diameter and go up to 1". For special made-to-order forged eye bolts, we can make up to 2-1/2" in diameter. Forged eye bolts come in plain steel, 18-8 stainless and hot dipped galvanized.
Shoulder and Non-Shoulder Eye Bolts
Our forged eye bolts come with and without a shoulder, in machine screw and lag screw lines. We can also supply your eye bolts to custom thread lengths and eye sizes.
Ring Bolts, Lifting Eyes and Swivel Hoist Rings
The forged eye bolt line also includes ring bolts (with and without shoulder), lifting eyes and swivel hoist rings. We also supply metric lifting eye nuts per DIN 582.
