Bent eye bolts are fasteners that have a round loop on top and can either have machine screw or lag thread on the shaft of the bolt. As a bent eye bolt manufacturer, we carry both bent eye bolts (the eye of the bolt is pressed to the shaft) and forged eye bolts (the eye is completely closed). Our forged eye bolts also come with both shoulder and non-shoulder options. Some of the industries we supply are automotive, chemical, marine, military, and many more.
Bent Eye Bolts:
Our bent eye bolts come off the shelf in steel zinc and 18-8 (300 series stainless steel). It also includes both machine and lag thread for both materials. We also have the capability to supply special made bent eye bolts per your print. For specials, we can supply them in a wide range of materials from grade 2, 5, and 8, stainless steel (18-8 and 316 grade), aluminum, brass, silicon bronze, and many more.
Forged Eye Bolts:
Forged eye bolts are used when there is larger working load than for a bent eye bolt. We start at a ¼” diameter and can supply them up to 1” in diameter for our off the shelf items. For our special made to order forged eye bolts, we can make up to 2-1/2” in diameter. Our forged eye bolts can with and without a shoulder in a machine screw and lag screw lines. Our forged eye bolts come in plain steel, 18-8 stainless, and hot dipped galvanized. We have the capability to supply your eye bolts to custom thread lengths and eye sizes. The forged eye bolt line also includes ring bolts (with and without shoulder), lifting eyes, and swivel hoist rings. All of our eye bolts are made in the USA.
